We have tried with this FAQ to answer any important questions, like what will happen with accounts and purchased sparkcash.
We will continue to add to this list as new questions come up.
1) What has happened to my Fiesta account? And who is gamigo?
Effective as of 7th February, 2013, gamigo has acquired the license and operation of Fiesta Online in North America from Outspark. gamigo has been operating the European version of Fiesta Online for a number of years now. The Outspark employees responsible for the support and community have also been acquired. This means that we can continue to provide a smooth operation.
2) What will change for me?
Basically nothing. You can log in to the game as usual, purchase cash and items, and use the websites.The launcher just has to be patched.
However, we will require just a bit more time to transfer the system and the servers back onto the net.
Please do be patient. We will, of course, keep you up to date on the process via the news, the launcher, and on Facebook.
3) What will happen with my account and my data?
All information has been given to gamigo by Outspark. Your accounts for the game and the forum will continue to work as usual. You can log in to Fiesta with your normal data (SparkID or e-mail address and password).
4) Do I have to create a gamigo account?
No, we have arranged an account for you in the
gamigo portal with the account transfer from Outspark to gamigo. You can log in to the
gamigo portal with your normal login data.
5) Where can I find out when the servers will be back online?
We will keep you up to date in the website news, in the forum, and in the launcher news. You will be among first to find out when the servers are back up.
6) Do I have to download a new client?
No, that will not be necessary. All you have to do is patch your client. Then you can log back in to Fiesta Online.
7) What will happen with my Spark Cash?
All cash will be exchanged 1:1 so that you do not lose anything. The prices in the item shop have not changed, either.
8) How do I purchase cash?
Simple, just follow this
link directly to the cash shop.
Payment methods: We know that some methods are missing and you would like to have more options. We are working on that issue and will let you know when the next payment method will be available!
We are sorry but Outspark Cards will no longer work at our System!
9) How do I purchase items?
You can find the item shop in the
link underneath.
10) Will I lose anything?
No. All characters and data have been acquired by gamigo. Should something be missing, then please contact our
support.
11) I cannot log in to the game! What should I do?
Please take a look at this
guide! If you still have problems please contact our
support . We will take care of this problem as soon as possible. Please note: If you wish to change your password, then you can only do this in the
gamigo portal ! Please log in there and click on "Change password".
12) I've forgotten my password!
Please click on "Login" in the
gamigo portal and then on "Forgotten password?". You will then receive an e-mail with all further steps.
13) Which client must I download?
If you already have a Fiesta US client, then you only have to do a new patch in order to play. If you are new and wish to play Fiesta Online US, then please follow this
download link.
14) What happened to the Outspark Fiesta Forum?
We are working to bring back the former Outspark forum with all threads and posts. We will keep you updated when it's back online. Until it's back feel free to post here.
15) Have the rules of the games changed?
The rules of the game will remain the same - everything that was previously not allowed remains forbidden.
16) Will there continue to be events and content updates?
Definitely. We will continue to supply you with content updates and bug fixes every week. The adventure on Isya is never ending!
17) Can I purchase things in the shop with my usual payment methods?
We will continue to support the usual payment methods like credit card and PayPal. However, a few payment methods can no longer be offered - on the up side, you will discover new payment methods in the cash shop!
18) Can I continue to give away items?
You can only give away items with gamigo once you have reached a certain minimum turnover and purchased items for your account. We will inform you more precisely later how the giving of items works.
19) Can I play together with European players?
Fiesta US and
Fiesta Europe are two different games with partially different content.
20) Will Fiesta Online remain "Free-to-Play"?
Fiesta Online will continue to be "Free-to-Play" in the future.
21) I've played another game with Outspark - where can I find my game?
gamigo has taken over operation of Fiesta US. Unfortunately, all other titles will not continue to be operated by gamigo.
You can, however, log in to gamigo with your Outspark user data and play one of gamigo's games. The selection ranges from PvP MMORPG King of Kings to the golf MMO Golfstar.
We have transferred your Spark Cash to the g-account - therefore, you can continue to use it for all gamigo games.

22) How can I register for one of the gamigo games?
Registration is easy: Log in with your Outspark user data (SparkID or e-mail address and password) into the
gamigo portal . You can then click on "My gamigo"and then "My games".
There you can register for one of the games.
23) What will happen to the IP block on Fiesta Online?
There will no longer be an IP block on either the US or the EU Fiesta, players from both regions will be free to play both versions.
24) Will the servers be in EU and will there be more lag?
The geographical location of the servers in the US will not change at all.
25) What happens to Fiesta Social?
Fiesta Social will temporarily be unavailable but may be back.
26) What happens to the Fiesta in a browser, Spawnapps version?
Fiesta in a browser will be temporarily unavailable but may be back.
27) Is it safe to buy premium items, enhance weapons, etc.?
Yes! Now that service has been safely transferred, feel free to resume your regular gameplay habits.
28) My preferred payment option isn't available.
While many methods of payment are already available, including credit card, Paypal, and GoCash, not every option has been carried over.
We are evaluating more options and hope to add those that will help the most number of players in the near future.
